Sound insulating cabin for water cutting system
This example depicts the implementation of a sound insulation project the requirement specification of which included compliance with the highest standards and norms. Large spans, additional roof loads as storage space, an automatically controlled roof opening and all the necessary safety equipment as well as a front area featuring a large lifting gate for loading the machine were planned.
Overall realisation
We realised the complete construction with dimensions of 45,000 × 16,500 × 8,500 millimetres, including acoustic calculations and creation of the structural analysis. The scope of services also included the lighting and installation, including the electrical wiring and safety limit switches on the doors and openings.
Sound insulating cabin in design version
In this project, the prototype of a sound insulating cabin was realised in cooperation with the customer and a designer for industrial plants, which corresponds to the latest state of the art in drive and sound insulation technology.
Efficient collaboration
The draft created by the designer was adopted in the shortest possible time and realised within a very tight time frame.
